"I had the opportunity to work on a project aiming at ensuring the energy transition and the development of a green and sustainable future. This project was implemented with the aim of achieving the European Commission's objectives of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by at least 40% by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.
In order to achieve this, the energy company has embarked on the idea of integrating new carbon-neutral energy sources (such as the transport of biomethane or hydrogen) and the transport of captured CO2. This will be done in collaboration with other gas transmission system operators, which will allow the establishment of a system for hydrogen transport across Europe.
As a Junior Project Analyst, I have the chance to participate in the implementation of this project thanks to my knowledge of data modeling. Indeed, it gives me the opportunity to participate in the creation of models that will help them to set up a robust and flexible system in order to meet the demands of customers and the European Commission.
I am very grateful to have the opportunity to work on this project which I believe is essential for living in a sustainable, green and more planet-friendly world. This project allows me to have a real positive impact on the team, the company and more globally, on the world of tomorrow."
