Our client specializes in risk management services for the energy sector, including natural gas, oil, electricity, carbon dioxide, and coal markets. Our objective was to actively participate in the "trading and operational finance" department, while also enhancing existing tools and managing the follow-up of IT migrations. Our focus was on the French and German markets for wind power and solar panels, where we facilitated the sale at market price or at the annexed market price and referred it to the back office.
Our ultimate aim was to promote the use of renewable energy by managing green energy capacity and supporting trading and operational finance in predicting energy prices.
