What we did
Despite these advantages, metal recycling remains a polluting activity. Electronic devices are melted, and this process emits dust and pollution into the air. To address this issue, Intysify has been hired to decrease the negative externalities related to their processes.
During the mission, our consultant managed the purchase of infrastructures and facilities for several activities to reduce pollution and carbon emissions produced by their operations. New infrastructures were bought for the renovation of industrial plants to prevent health, security, and pollution problems. Filters have also been acquired to prevent a large amount of dust and CO2 from being emitted into the air. Finally, renewable energy sources such as wind power and electric vehicles were adopted.
The purpose of action
In close collaboration with the investment team, our mission was to purchase every infrastructure needed for the improvement of processes and the reduction of carbon emissions.
