Evolution of energy sector and emerging of electric mobility
During the last decade, the energy sector has changed a lot. Investing in renewable energy is becoming a huge competitive advantage and therefore the electric mobility has taken a big place in the company’s strategy and will become even more important in the years to come.
What we did
First, with our client’s platform not being optimal, problems arose on the customer’s side. The objective was to understand why and how those problems came up and to both solve them and to anticipate and avoid the ones that could potentially arise in the future. Therefore, a complete analyse of the situation of the client was carried out.
On the other hand, after our client launched the electric mobility project, our goal was to develop this department, to think about how to make sales, how to make sure that invoicing is done quickly, to solve the problems of terminals and the problems of after sales. Once again, managing the relationship with customers, and finding an optimal solution to identify the source of each problem and proactively solve them was the main task of this project.
Once we understood the full scope of action that was needed, the source of the problems and how to solve them we identified the ideal profiles and set up the right team for the different parts of the project and to follow them up in the future.
