
ISO 14001 Giveaway Rules
1. Organiser
The competition is organised by Intys SA, a Belgian public limited company, having its registered office at Avenue de Tervueren 270, 1150 Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE 0893.270.030 (hereinafter referred to as the“Organiser”).

2. Purpose of the Competition
The purpose of this competition is to promote the Organiser’s activities on the LinkedIn social network through a knowledge-based question, followed by a random draw among the participants who have provided the correct answer.
3. Conditions of Participation
Participation in the competition is free of charge and without any purchase obligation.
The competition is open exclusively to natural persons who meet all of the following conditions at the time of participation:
- are at least 18 years old;
- reside in Belgium;
- are professionally active within a small or medium-sized enterprise (SME) whose registered office is located in Belgium; has ten (10) or more full-time employees, and which qualifies as an SME within the meaning of the European Commission definition, i.e.:
- employs fewer than 250 persons; and
- has either an annual turnover not exceeding EUR 50 million or a balance sheet total not exceeding EUR 43 million.
Employees of Intys SA are expressly excluded from participation. Any participation that does not comply with these rules will be considered null and void.
4. Competition Mechanics
To participate, eligible participants must, during the competition period, both:
- post a comment on the designated LinkedIn post, answering the question posed by the Organiser and tagging another person.
- Follow the Intysify LinkedIn Page with the account they used to comment.
Multiple participations by the same person, under different accounts or otherwise, are allowed.
Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
5. Competition Period
The competition will run from January 13th, 2026, to February3rd, 2026, inclusive.
The winner will be selected on February 5th, 2026.
6. Selection of the Winner
The winner will be selected by means of an automatic random draw among all participants who have provided a correct answer to the question and who meet all eligibility criteria. The Organiser’s decision is final and may not be contested.
7. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded.
Description of the Prize
The prize consists of a four (4)-week consultancy support programme for the winner’s employing company. The programme focuses on the preliminary diagnosis for a future ISO 14001:2015 certification, including:
I. Context & Scoping
- Identification of internal and external context
- Assessment of stakeholders’ needs and expectations
- Definition of the certification scope (sites, activities, boundaries)
- Confirmation of available resources (people, budget, infrastructure)
II. Deliverables
- Scoping Pack: internal/external context, stakeholder mapping, certification scope, available resources
- Roadmap & Resource Estimation: workload, timeline, and role allocation (Client & Intys)
Value of the Prize
The estimated commercial value of the prize is EUR 13,000 (excluding VAT).
Prize Conditions
The prize:
- is non-transferable;
- is non-exchangeable;
- is non-refundable;
- cannot be substituted for cash or any other benefit.
8. Winner Notification and Prize Claim
The winner will be contacted via private message on LinkedIn. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within five (5) business days from the date of notification. Failing such confirmation within the prescribed timeframe, the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prize and designate another winner.
9. Personal Data Protection
The Organiser processes personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Belgian data protection legislation.
The personal data processed are limited to publicly available information on the participants’ LinkedIn profiles (such as name, professional title, employer and profile picture).
Personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- the organisation and management of the competition;
- verification of participants’ eligibility;
- designation and contact of the winner;
- recontacting participants via LinkedIn messaging in relation to the Organiser’s professional activities, provided that such communication remains relevant, proportionate and limited in frequency.
The legal basis for the processing is:
- the performance of the competition (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); and
- the Organiser’s legitimate interest in professional networking and business development (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), without prejudice to the rights and freedoms of the participants.
Personal data will not be transferred to third parties and will not be used for automated decision-making or profiling.
Personal data will be retained for a period not exceeding what is strictly necessary for the purposes described above and, in any event, for a maximum period of twelve (12) months following the end of the competition.
Participants have the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and to object at any time to the processing of their data for recontacting purposes, in accordance with Articles 15 to 21 GDPR.

10. Image and Name Rights
By accepting the prize, the winner authorises the Organiser to use their name, professional title and/or profile picture, free of charge, for communication and promotional purposes related to the competition, on any medium, for a maximum period of one (1) year, without entitlement to any additional compensation.
11. Liability
The Organiser shall not be held liable in the event of:
- technical issues related to LinkedIn or internet access;
- interruptions, delays or cancellation of the competition due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the competition in case of force majeure or any circumstance that compromises its proper conduct, without liability.
12. Fraud and Disqualification
Any fraud, attempted fraud or violation of these rules will result in immediate disqualification of the participant, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to the Organiser.
13. LinkedIn Disclaimer
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn. Participants acknowledge that they provide their information to the Organiser and not to LinkedIn.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These rules are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these rules shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.

These competition rules are accessible via a link provided in the LinkedIn post and may be consulted at any time during the competition period.
