What we did
Inadequate optimization of industrial waste collection resulted in disorganization and poor efficiency, hindering the recycling process and leading to inefficient routes and increased pollution. To address these issues, our goal was to optimize waste collection and improve overall organization, offering dispatch support to find optimal solutions and recycling pathways.
A comprehensive approach was adopted, including verification of tour completion through dispatcher reports, management of interactions between technical and commercial departments, logistic site reorganization, driver and dispatcher management, conflict resolution, and route optimization and planning.
The purpose of action
As one of the major cause of environmental pollution, consumer demand towards plastic reduction is raising. Therefore some companies are redesigning their business models to include this focus on waste management and plastic reduction. We have our role to play in this war against plastic, waste and environmental pollution within the retail sector.
