• ARTICLE - SUSTAINABLE SUPPLY CHAIN

This article aims to define one of our areas of expertise - Sustainable Supply Chain

  • Sustainable Supply Chain

A Sustainable Supply Chain encompasses Intysify’s other types of expertise, ranging from responsible sourcing to waste management. Nowadays, there is more and more pressure on businesses to ensure a Sustainable Supply Chain. This means that from sourcing to waste management, companies have to ensure sustainability. While globalization complexifies the process of making a supply chain more sustainable, there are multiple reasons why it is essential to build it anyway: regulations are more and more stringent, customers require transparency and traceability, climate change leads to resource scarcity that leads to increased costs, investors are increasingly concerned by environmental and social matters, and sustainable supply chain can help build long-term relationships with suppliers.
